To support consistent, high-quality data submission and integration, the NeuroHIV Data Ecosystem maps submitted data to the CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium) standards.
Submitters do not need to map their data to CDISC standards, but we provide direct links to key external resources:

The CDISC Data Standards Browser provides a user interface to help familiarize users with how data are structured and annotated using the Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM).
