About

The NeuroHIV Data Ecosystem is an initiative led by the National NeuroAIDS Tissue Consortium Data Coordinating Center (NNTC DCC) to advance data-driven discovery in NeuroHIV research. Our mission is to build a comprehensive, centralized platform that supports the storage, retrieval, and interactive analysis of diverse datasets relevant to the study of HIV’s effects on the nervous system.

This evolving ecosystem is designed to serve as the next-generation data infrastructure, expanding upon the capabilities of the existing NNTC Query Tool. It will function as the central data warehouse for NIH-funded NeuroHIV research, enabling seamless access to integrated data across studies, institutions, and modalities.

By integrating clinical, neuropathological, imaging, and molecular data, the NeuroHIV Data Ecosystem aims to empower researchers, clinicians, and data scientists with the tools they need to explore complex questions, generate new insights, and accelerate progress in understanding and treating NeuroHIV.

We are committed to fostering collaboration, transparency, and innovation in the NeuroHIV research community.
